It’s our first snowy day for the season. First it sleeted about an inch or so, then it snowed. It’s still snowing today. Not too much but enough to make everything look pretty. It’s about 20*F, so no danger of melting away just yet.

Oh we don’t mind being snowed in, and if the power goes out, well, we’re set up for that too 🙂 I’d just miss being able to get online, but we have gravity fed spring water, wood and propane for heat/cooking so it wouldn’t be too much of a hardship. There’s only a thin layer of snow with ice underneath so we’re not going out today anyway. Snow/ice usually melts here within a few days.
