Mark your calendars for this event planned by Arkansas Art Shows. The fair will be held at the picturesque Orchards Park in Bentonville, Arkansas, across from the entrance of the renowned Crystal Bridges Museum. I’ll be there with my art featuring original oil paintings with handmade paints made from Ozark pigments.

The event runs from June 1 – 2, from 10 am to 5 pm both days.
Earthy Colors
My palette is an earthy one because the majority of the pigments came from rocks that I foraged locally here at Wild Ozark. Titanium is outsourced so I can make white, blue and yellow are from indigo & thyme, and the green is a mix of those two.
A Sampling of the Art
The only category I entered was oil paintings, so those are the ones I’ll bring. I’ll take as many as I can fit in my car, but these are the ones I hope will fit:
Contact Mad Rox: (479) 409-3429 or madison@madisonwoods and let me know which hat I need to put on 🙂 Madison for art, Roxann for real estate, lol. Or call me Mad Rox and have them both covered!
