I’m making stationery sets today for a lovely letter writer who placed an order the other day. These usually take me a couple of weeks to produce because I don’t get many orders for them and I so I make them on demand.
But, with the event season approaching, I think I need to make a few extra sets this time. Let me know if you’d like a set while I’m at it! They’re $35/ea and there’s an order form at the end of this post. Notepads are 5 x 7 with 20 sheets, 10 envelopes with liners, and 10 stickers. Notecard sets are 10 notecards, envelopes, and 10 stickers.
Each set also comes with a gift tag or two because when I create the printing layouts, I fill in any extra space with gift tags.
The featured artwork this time are Dreamscape and Kings River in Spring.
Boxed sets
These will be attractively packaged as boxed sets in both notecards and writing tablets. They both come with stickers and envelopes. This time around, the envelopes for the writing pads will have liners to match.
I don’t have the packaging ready yet, but that’s what todays task list includes.
Here’s how the previous sets looked, featuring different artworks:
The Process to a Boxed Set
- Choose an existing painting (customers can let me know which artwork they want by looking at my portfolio)
- Order stickers (this is the only finished item I outsource)
- Create layouts for the printing (each image needs its own layout, which I create with Photoshop)
- envelope liners
- writing paper sheets
- writing pad covers
- notecards
- Cut
- notecards
- liners
- covers
- backs
- Assemble
- glue pads (cover, pages, back)
- finish with binding strip on pads
- fold cards
- punch holes and tie string to gift tags
- insert envelope liners
- label boxes
- Package
- put it all together in attractive packaging
- Ship to Customer
I’m open to suggestions for different layouts (like a small inset image instead of full-page background image, or I can add your name across the top, etc. If there’s a design you like let me know and I’ll see if I can come up with something similar using my artwork).
Want to Order a Set?
I can only ship to US addresses, and postage is built into the price of $35/set. Be sure to let me know which artwork you want featured and whether you want the notepad or the notecard set.
I’ll send an invoice from Square within 24 hours of receiving your order. Thank you!
Thank you for order!

I’m a nature-lover, real estate agent & artist. Sometimes, I also write things. I began using local pigments to paint scenes from nature in the Ozarks in 2018.
If you’re interested in buying or selling in rural northwest AR, get in touch with me by phone, text, or email. I’m happy to help! I have a separate website for my real estate blogging and information at WildOzarkLand.com.
All of my artwork is available in prints, and where originals are available, they are for sale. You can find all of that over at shop.WildOzark.com.
Call me “Roxann” or “Madison”, either one works.
For pretty much everything online, I go by Madison Woods, a pen name I adopted when I first began writing and then later with my art. For real estate, I use my real name, Roxann Riedel. And for my fiction, there’s yet another pen name: Ima Erthwitch.
