If you own property in Madison county, of any size and category – commercial, agricultural, residential, or raw unimproved land – please consider letting me & my team at Montgomery Whiteley Realty list it for you. In particular, I would love to find some 5-40 acre parcels to offer. But at this point, I’m not excluding anything at all. | madison@wildozark.com text or call: (479) 409-3429 |
With the limited availability of smaller properties, any that is listed will likely sell quickly and for a very good price.
Want to Buy?
If you’re seeking to buy property in Madison county, I’m happy take you out to see the properties that are on the market now, and keep you posted on anything that comes up until we find the perfect place for you.
Wild Ozark is in Madison County, Arkansas
This is the county where we live, and the land we call Wild Ozark is located. I have to say I can understand why there isn’t much for sale out here at the moment. I love this area. We have the best of everything here, in my opinion, for anyone to live a sustainable life and escape the mayhem of the world.
It’s the perfect place for nature lovers to observe and interact with the wilderness. If you’re a hunter, there is abundant game. And if you’re an artist, the possibilities for painting landscapes are endless. If you want to go off-grid and live away from the crowds, then it’s one of the best places I know of to do just that.
Contact Mad Rox: (479) 409-3429 or madison@madisonwoods and let me know which hat I need to put on 🙂 Madison for art, Roxann for real estate, lol. Or call me Mad Rox and have them both covered!
