I’m just going to start listing the places I’ve found that I thought had good prices. If you find better options, please post a comment to let me know. It’s not always about the best price, with me. Service, selection, user experience on the website all go into my decisions. But in the end I do have to be concerned about the cost of supplies so I try to find the most affordable with as few trade-offs as possible.
